Error ini terjadi ketika Anda
masuk ke komputer, Dan Anda akan menerima pesan error berikut: the user profile
service service failed the logon user profile cannot be loaded.
Terkadang error ini bisa selesai dengan cara
me-restart komputer. Namun tidak jarang juga yang tidak berhasil. Ikuti

1. Restart komputer Anda
2. Pada saat komputer start up tekan tombol F8 secara berulang sampai keluar tampilan safe mode seperti dibawah ini :
3. Kemudian pilih Safe Mode
4. Tunggu proses load sampai muncul tampilan desktop komputer Anda
5. Kemudian lakukan System Restore dengan cara :
– Klik Start > All Program > Accosories > System Tools
– Kemudian pilih “ System Restore”
– Pada pilihan di system restore pilih tanggal sebelum error terjadi kemudian pilih next
– Ikuti langkah-langkah berikutnya sampai komputer Anda merestart secara otomatis
– Tunggu Proses restore berjalan secara otomatis
– Komputer Anda akan normal kembali
